We are in need of 25 people to fill in these positions:
It is preferred that the candidate possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Candidates with min 3 to 6 year experience in providing Desktop support.
Install and configure the Email application on User´s new desktop; assist users in the migration of their archive emails to the new email platform (i.e. Microsoft Outlook 2007).
Assist customer technical team in testing the Email application due to enhancements or changes to its components;
Assist customer technical team in troubleshooting and resolving problems related to the use of the Email application as well as its email migration application tools; and provide trainings on the use of the Email application and its migration tools.
All these candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, independent and result oriented.
Fresher in IT are welcome to apply for junior positions
Diploma in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 2 years experience as an IT Helpdesk in windows environment, handling incoming calls and perform 1st level of support for the end-user.
Good experience in creating user id and email address in active directory, application setup, configuration and troubleshooting skills
Perform daily backup.
Good communication skills.
Fresher in IT are welcome to apply for junior positions-
Data Center operator
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 2 years experience working in a Data Center environment.
Experienced in providing support for Windows, MS Outlook and Daily Backup
Knowledge of experience in IP Telephony will be an advantage.
Good experience in creating user id and email address in active directory, basic troubleshooting.
Experience working in end user environment.
Good communication skills with positive attitude and willing to work in a team.
